Mini Sessions are a great way to get the vacation beach portraits you want while staying within your budget and not taking up your precious time.  These sessions are great for families with small children that just aren't ready for an hour long session or when you just want a quick session to celebrate your vacation.  With our Mini Photo Session, you will receive your a minimum of 20 digital files that will be fully retouched. Most distractions will be removed from the background, such as other people and debris not natural to the beach. Leaving just the perfect subject, your beautiful family members! I just love the way the colors this family chose to wear popped against the background.  I had so much with this family.  The kiddos had their own ideas and the little bear just had to be in some of the pictures, so of course I obliged.   Sessions like this remind me how much I love my job, even when it's sweltering hot out.  I hope when you visit Gulf Shores you'll choose me or Tori to be your family photographer.

I just loved this location on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  This family was absolutely adorable and we had an added bonus with the amazing birds flying everywhere.  It couldn't have been a more perfect evening.

I've never had a storm happen upon a session in Gulf Shores as quickly as it did this evening.  A little bit of wind, no problem! Pretty clouds, no problem! Hey look, is that a water spout?! Oh my word, take a photo, quick run! We've never ran so fast in our lives haha.  In all the years I've lived here, which has been the majority of my life, I've never witnessed a water spout forming.  My poor youngest daughter has been mortified since, and now checks the weather before coming to any session with me.  She surely thought she was going to die.  My poor clients and I had an unforgettable evening for sure.  (No one was injured, I promise).  We took refuge in their beach house rental and watched the water spout come ashore, throw some tents and chairs around and then it crossed on over to Mobile Bay.
